Here at Locust Hill we are all working very hard on making the property beautiful once again. There are several projects that are going on to make this happen. First, the building re-siding will be finished in 2020 or early 2021 with one more unit of homes to be finished. Additionally, we have entered into the next phase of awarding the contract for the surface repaving and some much needed drainage work to ECI under the guidance of our engineering firm TCE. The work on the roadway will begin mid August it looks like. To go with these major projects several home owners have formed commitees under the board to deal with issues that they feel strongly about, namely David Ravenscroft and Lee Sheridan-Orr heading up the Gardening/Lanscaping Committee and Carol Young raising funds to renovate the bridge near the entrance to the development.
- update 2.28.23- David is no longer with us, Carol and the board have tabled the bridge issue and Linda Damon has taken the lead on tree identification and removal.
