Locust Hill Dog Waste and Leash Notice
Hello All,
This is a reminder to please pick up after your dog immediately after it goes, and have your dog leashed at all times when taken outside. It has been reported that there is a lot of dog feces along the parking spaces and in common areas throughout the community and in a few areas, right on the pavement. Locust Hill’s policy also states that all dogs must be leashed on the property including in the wooded areas and the pool and tennis court areas.

The September meeting, scheduled for Wednesday, September 26 at 6:30 is canceled due to a light agenda without pressing matters that needed attention. The next meeting will be the 4th Wednesday in October.
Locust Hill Bus Stop Fundraiser
Dear Locust Hill Residents,
Here is the link to the Eagle Project Donation website for people from the neighborhood who would like to donate:https://www.freefunder.com/campaign/nick-russell—bus-stop.
Please note that because this is a free website to fundraise on, they ask for a donation, but you can click on the link “recommended donation to FreeFunder” to change the donation that will go to them.
If you would like to donate via check, please make the check out to “Locust Hill Condo Association” and in the note please write “Eagle Project”.
Nick is willing to pick up the checks from any unit that would like to donate.
Please just email me (Chris.Russell@Engelberth.com), with unit number and the best time to pick it up.
This whole project was thought of, organized and overseen by Nick Russell and is a great addition to the community.
Parking at Pet Food Warehouse
The owner of Pet Food Warehouse has informed us that for the time being, she is authorizing tows for any vehicle parked there after store hours. Recently, she has had some illegal activity take place on her lot after hours and she wants to get this problem taken care of head on. Owners with tenants, please pass this on to your tenants. Neither Locust Hill or Pet Food Warehouse will be responsible for any vehicles that are towed.
Watch for Bears around Locust Hill

As has been the case throughout our region, Locust Hill has had several bear sightings on our grounds over the past couple weeks. As a result, we would advise all residents to bring in their bird feeders and to make certain that garbage bay doors remain closed at all times in order to mitigate some of the incentives for the bears to visit our property.
Locust Hill Association Meetings
Are held on the 4th Wednesday of the month at 6:30 pm via Zoom. The agenda is distributed to home owners 10-12 days before the meeting along with the zoom link via email. If you are not currently getting the emails, please email Caleb, our property manager at Caleb@vtpma.com.
