Could we please do something concrete to address residents leaving items in and around the trash room near my unit (264) that Casela won’t take? There is a mattress & box spring outside the room now. The door is broken, and the room is filled with a variety of other household goods. It looks trashy and reflects poorly on our community.

I know the mattress & box spring have been addressed. This gets at a larger issue though. I am having to contact the property managers routinely regarding the trash room and am incredibly frustrated. Please address this issue and follow up with me. (Unit 264, owner & resident)
