There are a lot of vehicles lately parking in front of the garages. This is not allowed! Each owner has 2 parking spaces, one inside the garage and one on the lot that is marked with your spot. You are not allowed to park additional vehicles in the visitor spaces either. Any additional vehicles that you own will need to be either worked out to use a neighbor’s parking spot if they are not using both of theirs or you will need to store it off site. Any vehicles that are parked in front of the garages or in visitor spaces will be towed at the owner’s expense. Thanks for your time with this matter.

Dear Locust Hill Residents,
Furniture is not allowed to be placed in the trash rooms. The trash company will not pick any large items up without prior permission and will charge additional fees if they do pick anything up. Please see attached photo of a table that was put in the trash shed yesterday. If this table belongs to you please take it back out and dispose of it by bringing it to one of the local trash drop off sites. If you know who put this in the trash please let me know. We will send fines to owners who place items that will not be picked up inside the trash sheds. Thanks!

The correct signage (visitor spots) will be up as soon as ECI gets the signs and posts in.
Make sure you are parking in your assigned spots and if you have guests, make sure that they park in a spot that has the V paving marking (regardless of what the sign says). If they park in someones numbered spot, they could be towed.

The next Board Meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 23rd, 2020 at 6:30 pm via Zoom. Normally the meeting is held the 3rd Wednesday of each month but due to some scheduling conflicts the meeting is pushed back a week.

Mike the line striper just called to let me know his black out guy isn’t available today after all and that the work to fix these parking spots will be done Monday between 11-5. Please have vehicles moved for this time period on Monday.

The GMP work took a pause due to the ECI work being done and should be resuming once that is completed. The pads are in place and the boring has been going well. There is still a large portion of boring that needs to take place before we start pulling cable into the pads. The next step is going to be pulling the cables and setting new transformers. Removing the fence prior is definitely helpful to prevent them from being damaged. The lawn will be reseeded in the areas we are working. Hopefully, we can finish the boring in a few weeks or so and then we will begin transferring the services and energizing the new equipment. Let me know if you have any other questions!

Dear Locust Hill Residents,
The paving project will be wrapped up tomorrow by end of day. You can expect that today one lane of the entrance/exit will be paved and tomorrow the other side will be done. They will do it this way to make sure that everyone can get in and out at all times. The crew will let you in and out as needed. For tomorrow if you could park in the lot across from the Pet Food Warehouse where the yellow building is that is preferred. Pet Food Warehouse is expecting some orders in and would prefer to have no more than 10 cars total at their site. They are very busy on Fridays and Saturdays and have requested to have minimal parking there.
For units 283-299 can you please have your cars out of the parking spaces by 11:00 tomorrow. There will be someone on site to paint over the spaces that were not done correctly.
