A computer was left in the trash room next to unit 188. Computers cannot be thrown in the trash, and must be disposed of properly. This costs your neighbors money. Casella’s will not pick these items up in the normal trash pick up and charges the association extra. This contributes to depleting funds from the allotted budget as well as the HOA dues. Someone placed a desk in one of the trash receptacles and it needs to be removed immediately. Casella’s does not pick up items such as this and it turns into an additional expense for the assocaition. In reality it makes all of your neighbors have to pay for it, contributing to an increase in association dues. Please be respectful of your neighbors and take care of this item.
There have been a couple of sightings of cigarette butts and dog droppings left on the property lately. Please remember that it is your responsibility to clean up after your pets and that cigarette butts are not to be discarded in the common areas such as near parking spaces, the driveway or on the (snow covered) lawns.

Crews have been working since last night and will continue to make passes through to clean up as the storm winds down. We ask that you please do your part and move vehicles as needed to allow for the best cleanups possible. Also your patience is greatly appreciated as there is a lot of still falling snow to remove. Just a heads up to the community, Devon of Prestige Property Management has been given permission to leave a trailer in one of the visitor parking spots. This trailer houses his snow removal equipment and excess salt for our association.
