Dear Locust Hill Residents from units 170-190,
Here is a message from the crew working on the drainage: Please make sure everyone pulls all outside furniture to the concrete pad on your patio. If you have anything on the common land please remove it and bring it inside. Please read the below message.
There will be some additional trees that need to be cleared west of Unit 170 to install the new drain pipe in this location. There are still some items on the lawn near unit 170 which will need to be pulled on to the concrete patio when they start to work back there. To connect the roof drain near Units 188/190 ECI will need to work under the concrete patio behind Unit 188 and some landscaping in that area will be disturbed as well.
