Paving next week 5/17-

Hi All-  Just a Friendly reminder of PAVING next week!  

Tentative Schedule:

  • Mon. 5/17  ALL cars out of #262-276 lot; 287-293 lot; also the next two small parking rows #301-307? & visitor parking row – We will pave all of those parking areas, and most of the roadway..
  • Tues. 5/18 Balance of parking rows on the North side.. #355-369 & #411-417 & also #419-425 +-
  • Wed. 5/19 – All cars out of parking area #281-285; All way down to #190- …. Row
  • Thurs. 5/20 Balance of South side- #114-186 ?
  • Cars can go back in on the new pavement the following morning- We will have line striping following close behind us the same day we pave.

Kari will send out emails each day as a reminder. The work starts Monday 5/17 which means that Unit 262 through Unit 307 and the visitor parking next to these spots will need to be cleared by Monday morning before 7 am. This includes garage access. Please park your vehicles in the previously approved spots- Pet food warehouse (closest to the road) and the adjacent property lot. Vehicles will be towed and moved to one of the aforementioned lots (at cost to vehicle owner) if we cant get ahold of the owner that day

Paving at Locust Hill

Hi All…

The last coat of paving is set to begin May 17th. Kari will send out reminders to homeowners about when they need to move their vehicles. I am told that work will start at 7 am everyday, weather permitting. Please be on the lockout for these emails.

Additionally, tomorrow, Tuesday 5/11, Jim and the crew from ECI will be up here doing some minor prep work that shouldn’t inconvenience anyone or require moving any vehicles.

Proposed Budget and Fee increase for 2021

Dear Locust Hill Residents,

I have attached the proposed budget and fee increase for 2021. The dues are remaining the same as this year but there will be another assessment. The assessment can be paid in 2 ways. It can be paid upfront of $2400 or it can be paid in two years with an additional $105 per month. This will be discussed at the upcoming annual meeting next week on December 8th at 6:30 pm. The meeting is by zoom and all owners are invited to attend. See zoom invite at bottom. The invite is also on the website. Thanks!
