You might notice some new damage to Locust Hill’s front circle. This is the second time a large truck has tried to make it around the circle. First, we know who did it and the company has been contacted and they have agreed to fix the damage, though it most likely wont happen until the spring. The problem is that GPS tells these truck drivers that this is a place they can turn around. Second, the board is working with a company with several ideas to stop this from happening ranging from posting signs at the entrance stating that there is no way to turn large trucks around, putting up fencing around the circle or possibly even large boulders that would stop truck drivers from even thinking they could attempt a turn around. More will come on this in the future.

Wednesday, Feb. 22 at 6:30 pm. Meeting packets will be emailed out ahead of this meeting.
The board has investigated any and all options to try and mitigate the noise issues from the bottling plant next door and it seems like there is nothing that can be done. Caleb of PMA has been in contact with one of their managers and it doesnt appear that they are willing to do anything different. Chris has investigated sound proof fencing but the expense to the association makes this option unattainable. One thing that homeowners can take upon themselves is to invest in soundproof windows. Doing a simple google search will provide options but be advised, this is a very expensive option and would be the homeowners expense. At this point there is nothing more the board can offer on the issue.
Hello Locust Hill Homeowners,
With a winter storm setting in over the coming days we would like to issue a reminder that garages should be used as your vehicle’s primary parking space.
Please also ensure that your vehicle is not obstructing the path of the plows as they come through the property. This means no more parking in front of your garages.
Thank you very much and have a safe weekend.
Best Regards,

Good Afternoon,
The Association is working with Miller’s Pest Control to address some isolated mice issues. They have asked any owners who have notice mice activity INSIDE their unit to let us know so they can take a look while onsite.
If you have recently noticed mouse activity, please take a moment to report: https://forms.gle/G5cEqQQj75FuuHCJ6
Please respond by, Tuesday, August 23rd.
Everyone is reminded to not feed wildlife or leave food/seeds out, especially in garages. Some owners have had very good success with sonic mouse repellants, which can be found at local hardware stores, or online. As well as other deterrents for pests.
**Landlords are encouraged to check with tenants regarding mouse activity**
Thank you,
Jen Dickinson
A computer was left in the trash room next to unit 188. Computers cannot be thrown in the trash, and must be disposed of properly. This costs your neighbors money. Casella’s will not pick these items up in the normal trash pick up and charges the association extra. This contributes to depleting funds from the allotted budget as well as the HOA dues. Thank you for your cooperation.
