Dear Locust Hill Residents,
I have attached the proposed budget and fee increase for 2021. The dues are remaining the same as this year but there will be another assessment. The assessment can be paid in 2 ways. It can be paid upfront of $2400 or it can be paid in two years with an additional $105 per month. This will be discussed at the upcoming annual meeting next week on December 8th at 6:30 pm.
