Dear Locust Hill Residents,
At the next Board meeting that is being held on Tuesday, June 18th at 6:30 pm at 190 Locust Hill the board will be voting on applying for a loan in the amount of approximately $470,000 for the association. If anyone would like to attend the meeting to hear about the loan please feel free to attend. Once the board votes to apply then the association will all need to vote on it. The money will be used to do a large drainage and paving project. You will receive paperwork about this project once the application process is completed. We encourage you to attend this meeting for more information about the process. Thank you!
